As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, I served as a successful growth and change agent responsible for leading and managing the marketing research team, RFP proposal creation team, all corporate communications (both written and digital), media and press releases and relationship sales coaching / training to 40 Certified Financial Analyst (read "not sales folks"). Assets Under Management grew from $20B to just under $60B. In parallel, I launched a profitable Business Solutions group selling Hammond Associates Manager Research and Knowledge Capital to Banks, Wealth Management and Financial firms seeking access to our financial / manager research, generating $3MM in new revenues from work we were already producing.
